Salt by Sabrina Return Policy
At Salt by Sabrina, we stand behind the beauty and quality of everything we sell. We hope your purchase is the beginning of a lifelong journey discovering that home organization can be empowering and beautiful. If you are not satisfied with any non-customized purchases, you can return your unopened product within seven (7) days of receiving the order for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 5% restocking fee. To help reduce the carbon footprint, we ask that you return your product in the same shipping carton in which it arrived.
Return Policy Details
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through our website: www.saltbysabrina.com. You can return your product(s) up to seven (7) days from the original date of shipment receipt. All products must be unopened and unused and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase with your return. There will be no refunds for any CUSTOMIZED products.
A refund for the price of the merchandise, minus a 5% restocking fee, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 21 business days after receiving the returned product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping/handling costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the date of shipment receipt. Be sure to keep the tracking number associated with your return shipment so it can be located if necessary.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after seven (7) days of the date of shipment receipt.

Salt by Sabrina works tirelessly to ensure that each product you purchase is made with the utmost attention to detail from the hand-woven baskets to the beautiful packaging you open when receiving our products. If one of our products is damaged in any way, we will make every effort to address the issue.

Our 60-day warranty covers the following:
Manufacturing defects – parts coming unglued, chips or cracks in the acrylic, baskets fraying or becoming unwoven, etc.
Our 72-hour warranty covers the following:
Manufacturing defects – parts coming unglued, chips or cracks in the acrylic, etc.
If you have received any custom items with damage, you must notify the company within 72 hours of receiving your product to report any damages. Be prepared to provide clear pictures and detailed descriptions of the damage.
