Returns
We accept returns on in-stock, non-custom items purchased directly from www.saltbysabrina.com.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of shipment
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging
- Custom and made-to-order products are final sale
To help reduce waste, we kindly ask that items be returned in the original shipping carton whenever possible.

Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- A refund for the merchandise price (minus return shipping and any applicable restocking fee) will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
If your purchase was made through an authorized Salt retailer, trade partner, or affiliate, please contact them directly for return assistance.
Because custom-fit organizers are designed specifically for your drawer dimensions, custom products are final sale.

All in-stock items are covered by a 90-day manufacturing warranty against defects.

Our acrylic organizers are crafted from premium, antimicrobial, scratch-resistant acrylic and designed to last.
Because each piece is:
- Laser cut
- Hand assembled
- Hand polished
Minor variations can occur.
- Acrylic products have a sizing tolerance of ±1.5 mm
- In rare cases, shipping pressure may cause dividers to separate
- We offer a simple repair solution and a courtesy discount for the inconvenience
- Acrylic organizers that arrive cracked, warped, or damaged may qualify for replacement

Each custom organizer is made specifically for your drawer using your provided measurements.
For best results:
- Always measure the interior of your drawer
- Round width and length down by 0.5 inches
Because our organizers are hand-finished, slight size variation (±1.5 mm) is normal and accounted for in our fit guidance.
