Custom Products
Each custom product is made especially for you and designed to perfectly fit your space. Estimated shipping and production times are listed below.
- Order Processing – All orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on major holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Each item you order is custom made for you and therefore not produced until you place your order.
- Production Time - Once your order is placed, it will go into production immediately. Production time is approximately two (2) weeks.
- Order Shipping - The custom items will ship via ocean freight once production is complete. You will receive an email when your order ships along with a tracking number.
- Orders can be upgraded to air freight for additional cost and shorter shipping times. Ocean freight is approximately 7-10 weeks.
In-Stock Products
Orders for products that are in stock are processed within two (2) business days. U.S. orders ship in 3-5 days. Expedited shipping options are available. International shipping is not available on In-Stock products outside the U.S. at this time.
Please note that due to Covid-19, shipping times are longer than usual.
