production & shipping times
Custom Products
Each custom product is custom made and designed to perfectly fit your office. Estimated shipping and production times are listed below.
- Order Processing – All orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on major holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Each item you order is custom made for you and therefore not produced until you place your order.
- Production Time - Once your order is placed, it will go into production immediately. Production time is approximately 5 business days.
- Order Shipping - The custom items will ship via ground shipping unless upgraded at checkout. You will receive an email when your order ships along with a tracking number. Shipping times vary throughout the country depending on location but average 15 days. However, due to increased holiday demand, shipping times may be longer than usual.
In-Stock Products
Orders for products that are in stock are processed within two (2) business days. U.S. orders ship in 3-5 days. Expedited shipping options are available. International shipping is not available on In-Stock products outside the U.S. at this time.
