Add any premium Salt by Sabrina home storage products (storage baskets, storage boxes, drawer dividers, acrylic office accessories) to complete your space. Select the size, color and quantity needed.

Every Salt organizer is made specifically for your home, which means production begins quickly after your order is placed.

Custom Drawer Organizers

1. Your order is reviewed and prepared for production.
2. Our team begins manufacturing your organizer using premium crystal-clear acrylic cut to your selected dimensions.
3. Each organizer is hand assembled, inspected, and carefully packaged.
4. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Current production time for custom organizers is approximately 10-15 business days.

In-Stock Products
Our in-stock products are packaged and shipped from our Utah facility.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days, with many leaving our warehouse the same day they're ordered (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because every custom organizer is made specifically for you, production begins very quickly after an order is placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@saltbysabrina.com. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has reached certain stages, changes may no longer be possible or may require a processing fee.

*Orders that have already progressed further in production may not qualify for the 24-hour courtesy window.

Our team will always make every reasonable effort to help. Because our manufacturing process moves quickly, we cannot guarantee that every change request can be accommodated.

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Because custom organizers move into production very quickly, cancellation requests can only be honored if manufacturing has not progressed beyond the point where materials have been committed. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For in-stock products:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
• Unused products may be returned according to our Return Policy.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We'll always do everything we reasonably can to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once a custom order has entered production.

Some height options may be limited depending on the length, width, and compartment layout you choose.

To ensure every organizer is durable, functional, and beautiful, our sizing algorithm automatically adjusts available heights based on your selected dimensions. This prevents compartments from becoming too narrow while maintaining the highest quality finished product.

Yes! At Salt by Sabrina we stand behind every product we make. All of our products are Prop 65-certified chemical free, making them safe for your home.

We utilize premium, new acrylic in all of our custom products. Our Australian, Venice and Monaco storage baskets lines are made from all-natural materials and sustainably sourced.

Salt by Sabrina values the people it partners with and believes that everyone should be treated with the utmost respect and kindness. All of our manufacturing partners practice safe labor practices, ensuring an ethical manufacturing process.

Once you have received your custom product, begin by removing the contents of your drawer, cabinet, or desired space. You may want to clean or wipe down this space to remove any crumbs, spills, or marks.

Our custom products are made to fit, measuring down to the nearest half-inch. Make sure to pull the drawer box out fully to clear countertops or other drawer handles. Install the organizer by setting in directly into the drawer.

If you have difficulty getting the drawer organizer in the drawer, start by trying to make the organizer as level as possible while inserting. If there is not enough space to get the organizer level, you may need to remove the drawer box completely. Almost all drawers have an easy release mechanism on each sliding rail, either on the sides or underneath the drawer. Engage both release mechanisms at the same time to remove the drawer. Once the drawer is removed, the custom drawer organizer should slide perfectly into the drawer.

All of our custom products are made with high-quality, scratch-resistant premium acrylic, making them very easy to clean. Easily wipe away any spills with a clean, microfiber cloth or for a deeper clean, remove the custom product and clean it with mild dish soap and warm water.

Custom Products - Ground shipping for custom drawer organizers is complementary.

Non-Custom Products - All shipping prices for Non-Custom Products are calculated in real time to offer the best rates available.

If you need to make a change to your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom products are produced within 10-15 days and the address may not be able to be changed.

Non-Custom products usually ship same day and are unable to accommodate address changes.

Our website offers the most up to date options with expedited shipping at checkout. If you need additional options, please contact us at hello@saltbysabrina.com.

Currently we do not ship internationally.

During the checkout process, you will have the option to create a shipping address different from your billing address.

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered/received, please contact us immediately at hello@saltbysabrina.com.

If your package is delivered but is lost or stolen after delivery, you will need to contact UPS to file a claim.

1. Confirm that the measurements on your order match the ones on the sticker on the Salt by Sabrina shipping box. You can find this sticker on the bottom of the box and on the inside of the top flap on the box. If they match, then you have the correct size that you ordered. If they do not match, please contact customer care at hello@saltbysabrina.com.

2. Confirm that you are putting it in the correct drawer by matching the location you entered when you ordered the organizer. This information can be found on the sticker located on the bottom of the box and on the inside top flap of the box.

3. Make sure to pull the drawer box out far enough to clear any obstructions such as a countertop or drawer handle to allow the drawer organizer to slide in. Put the drawer organizer straight in and not on an angle to allow for ease of installation.
