From Frustration to Innovation: An Interview with Sabrina Gardner by Voyage Utah
Are you tired of struggling to keep your home organized? Meet Sabrina Gardner, a working mom who has spent 16 years in the photography industry, balancing motherhood and her career. In early 2020, Sabrina set a goal to start her own business, but little did she know the pandemic was about to change everything.
During the pandemic, Sabrina found herself moving to a new home while the world came to a standstill. In the midst of the chaos, she realized the power of organization and how it can positively impact our emotional well-being. Frustrated with the lack of options for custom organizational products on the market, Sabrina decided to start her own business, Salt by Sabrina.
Salt by Sabrina offers completely custom organizers that are tailored to fit your specific needs. These organizers are hand-crafted, sustainably sourced, and chemical-free. Sabrina has built her business on four pillars: simplifying and beautifying spaces, paying attention to the details, providing an exceptional customer experience, and giving back to the community. $1 from every organizer sold goes towards America’s Kids Belong, an organization dedicated to finding permanent homes for children in foster care.
In just one year, Sabrina has seen her business grow from 5 sales in the first month to over 500 in the last month of her first year. Salt by Sabrina products will soon be available in major retail stores and the company has exciting partnerships and new product releases planned for 2023.
