This year, Salt reached a milestone I’ve been working toward for three years: we moved our custom manufacturing to Utah and began building every organizer ourselves. That sentence feels simple, but what it represents is huge. It means we now control the process end to end, from the moment you send measurements to the moment your drawer system arrives at your door. When you order a custom Salt organizer, the process becomes personal from the very beginning. You send us your drawer measurements, and we create a CAD drawing designed specifically for your space. From there, each piece of acrylic is cut to those exact dimensions, assembled by hand, and polished edge by edge until it reaches a crystal-clear finish.
We flame polish for the final refinement, giving the acrylic a smooth, permanent look that feels intentional and built to last. Every organizer is checked against your measurements before it leaves our facility. Each box is labeled for its exact drawer location and includes installation and warranty information, so you know exactly where everything belongs and feel supported from the moment it arrives.
